Changed your mind about a Trendy New Products item or Street Dressing piece? You may cancel orders *before* processing begins (within 24 hours of purchase) for a full refund. We want you to love your hippulse purchase! For non-personalized items (Trendy New Products, Street Dressing), you may request a return or exchange within 21 days of delivery. Personalized Design pieces are final sale unless defective (e.g., embroidery errors, fabric flaws).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. For Street Dressing or Trendy New Products, include any accessories (e.g., belts, pins) that came with the order. Follow the return instructions in your confirmation email to avoid delays—we recommend using tracked shipping to prove delivery to our warehouse.
Refunds for valid returns are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days of our warehouse receiving and inspecting the item. A $10 return shipping fee applies unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect size shipped, defective product). Exchanges for the same item (e.g., a different size in Street Dressing) are processed at no additional fee; exchanges for different items require a new order.
